I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Some people come to therapy during periods of distress or transition, while others seek space to reflect, gain perspective, or deepen their understanding of themselves.
Clients may include professionals or executives managing responsibility, leadership demands, burnout, work-life imbalance, or relationship difficulties; individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, or emotional overwhelm; and students and young adults navigating academic or early career pressures.

Adults Who Attended Boarding School
I have a particular interest in working with adults who attended boarding school. The adaptations a child may make in response to boarding school, such as independence, self-reliance, or emotional self-containment, can become lifelong strengths. At the same time, they may also influence patterns in how they relate to others, emotional expression, or self-expectation in subtle ways.
Many people do not initially consider their boarding school experience to be relevant to the concerns that bring them to therapy. They may seek support for anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a general sense that something is not quite right. Whether boarding school feels central to your story or something you have rarely thought about, therapy offers a space to explore whether these early experiences continue to shape your life today. This exploration is always led with curiosity, care, and without assumption.
How therapy can help
Therapy offers room to pause and reflect, away from the demands of everyday life. It can support greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and a clearer sense of direction.
People often find therapy helpful for managing stress or anxiety, exploring identity and values, navigating change or complex decisions, and improving relationships both with others and with themselves.
My collaborative approach draws on different therapeutic models to suit your needs. Therapy is shaped around you, your goals, and the pace that feels right.
